Pairpoint Large Glass Puffy Lamp Shade reversed painted Picture(s) and Description:

Large reversed painted Art Glass Lamp Shade dating from the early 20th Century & believed to be made by Pairpoint. All the characteristics of a Pairpoint Puffy Shade including a blown-out rose & leaf motif which has been meticulously reverse-painted with fired on colors. When lit this shade displays beautiful soflt light & lots of reverse-painted detail. 6 1.2" x 13 1/4" widest, base ring is 9 3/4" diameter The only mark I can find on this shade is "Pat. Applied For" in gold fired on paint on the exterior of the base ring. Shade is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. There are some miniscule roughage on the base ring. A few small slick spots on the shade exterior where the satin finish didn't take.
