Large Rainaud Romanesque 8 Panel Slag Glass Lamp Picture(s) and Description:

This stately and handsome Rainaud Romanesque style 8 panel slag glass lamp (circa 1910-1920), has stylized waves and shells on the shade and a wonderful scaled base. It has a permanent cap that the shade sits on. The bent carmel slag glass is original, with no damage. It has a beautiful antique gold polychrome finish in great condition. The base is signed Rainaud. The lamp has 2 pull chain sockets that have the original covers with new guts. It`s been re-wired with cloth covered cord. There`s no breaks or cracks in the spelter. The lamp stands 22" tall, the shade is 17 3/4" across and the base is 7 1/4" across. A very well made and masculine lamp that would look fabulous on a large wooden desk!
