WE BOUGHT THIS LAMP 8-10 YEARS AGO, AND HAVE ENJOYED IT TREMENDOUSLY. THE BEAUTY OF THESE COLORS WHEN LIT ARE OUTSTANDING. THE LAMP IS ALL ORIGINAL. THE SHADE MATCHES THE BASE PERFECTLY. ITS OBVIOUS THAT THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TOGETHER, AND HAVE NEVER HAD ANY REPAIRS THAT IVE NOTICED. EVEN THE WIRING APPEARS TO BE ORIGINAL EXCEPT FOR A FEW WIRE CONNECTORS HIDDEN INSIDE THE TOP OF THE BASE. THE MAKER COULD BE MILLER HANDEL BRADLEY &HUBBARD, I'M NOT SURE TH ATS WHY I'M NOT TITLING IT AS A INDIVIDUAL MAKER. IN ITS YEARS SOMEONE HAS ADDED A FELT BASE. ITS IS IN SUCH GOOD SHAPE, I DID NOT WANT TO DESTROY IT TO LOOK UNDER THE BASE TO SEE WHO THE MAKER IS. NOTICE THE DESIGN WORK ON THE SHADE MATCHES PERFECTLY TO THE BASE, MEANING THIS LAMP WAS SOLD THIS WAY ORIGINALLY, AND IS NOT A MARRIED PIECE. THIS LAMP WEIGHS 20 POUNDS AND 2 OUNCES, HENCE THE SHIPPING COST. WE WILL ONLY ADD OUR COST OF BUBBLE WRAP AND PEANUTS TO GET THIS THERE SAFELY PLUS, IF YOU WANT TO INSURE IT TH ATS UP TO YOU.
