THIS IS A VERY NICE OLD HUGE ANTIQUE 1900 1915 LEADED GLASS HANGING DOME. I BELIEVE THIS IS A CHICAGO MOSAIC SHADE TULIP OR DOGWOOD PATTERN LEADED CEILING FIXTURE. IT MEASURES 22 1/2'' ACROSS AND IS VERY DEEP 14'' FROM THE CROWN TO THE BOTTOM RIM. IT IS GUARANTEED OLD AND IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. THE GLASS HAS UNUSUALLY NICE FIRE TO IT WHEN LIT AND THE FLORAL MOTIF IS BEAUTIFUL EXECUTED IN VIBRANT COLORS IN A FAR BETTER THAN AVERAGE PRESENTATION. DEFINITELY A BETTER EXAMPLE OF THIS TYPE OF DOME. IT IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION WITH JUST A COUPLE TIGHT HEAT CRACKS IN SMALLER PIECES OF GLASS, WHICH IS NORMAL. THE SOCKET ASSEMBLY IS A TRIPLE WITH THE OLD BRYANT SOCKETS AND THEY ALL WORK. THIS WOULD BE AN ABSOLUTELY STUNNNG LIGHT HUNG OVER THE DINING ROOM TABLE LIT IN THE EVENING. THERE ARE NOT A LOT OF THESE OLD LIGHTS OUT THERE IN GOOD SHAPE SO DO NOT MISS THIS ONE. THE CRATE FOR THIS ITEM WILL BE QUITE LARGE AND WILL HAVE TO GO GREYHOUND TO BE SAFE.
