A fancy table lamp made in America in about 1925 - 1935. Made from gilt steel and yellow-green onyx. 14 inches tall, 4 inches square at the base. Substantial, weighing about six pounds. Working well. In excellent, undamaged, condition. The cord and plug have been replaced. All photographs were taken in broad daylight. The shipping cost, $9, includes insurance. All items we sell are guaranteed to be exactly as described. No reserve price has been attached to this auction. On Oct-11-10 at 10:12:48 PDT, seller added the following information: I should add that this lamp is being sold without a shade. The lamp accepts a snap-on shade, one in which the shade snaps on to the light bulb. Or a "harp" can be added to the lamp, which is the typical manner in which a shade is attached to a table lamp.
